1. Service Provider Status and Scope
1.1. Independent Service Provider: 24×7 Services Care is an independent, private service and repair company. We are not an authorized, official, or affiliated service center, distributor, or representative of any brand (e.g., Elica, Glen, Faber, etc.).
1.2. Brand References: All brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate the brands and models of appliances we service.
1.3. Appliance Eligibility: We provide repair and maintenance services for out-of-warranty kitchen chimneys, cooking hobs, and related kitchen appliances. Customers whose appliances are currently under an official manufacturer warranty are advised to contact the authorized service center directly.
2. Service Booking and Cancellation
2.1. Service Request: A service request can be booked via our website, phone call, or other advertised channels. By booking, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Cancellation by Customer: The customer may cancel a scheduled service appointment. If a technician has already been dispatched, a minimal visiting charge/inspection fee (as specified in Section 3.1) will be applicable.
2.3. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to, safety concerns, abusive behavior, or if the appliance location is outside our standard service area.
3. Charges, Payments, and Estimates
3.1. Visiting/Inspection Charge: A non-refundable visiting charge (also known as an inspection fee) will be applied for a technician’s visit to diagnose the appliance issue. This fee is payable regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the repair, is separate from the repair cost, and covers the technician’s time and travel.
3.2. Repair Estimate: After inspection, the technician will provide an estimated cost covering labor charges and the cost of spare parts. The final repair work will only commence upon the customer’s explicit approval of the estimate.
3.3. Pricing: Our prices for labor and parts are set by [Your Company Name] and may differ from the prices charged by authorized service centers.

5.1. Indirect Damages: 24×7 Services Care and its technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service provided, including but not limited to, damage to surrounding property, or loss of food/supplies.
5.2. Pre-Existing Damage: Our liability is strictly limited to the direct damages caused by our technician during the service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or any damage to the appliance that occurs due to manufacturing defects or misuse.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. Data Use: We collect and process personal data (Name, Address, Phone Number) solely for the purpose of scheduling, providing service, processing payment, and following up on service quality.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
